Justin Bieber is recovering in a London hospital tonight following a health scare at a concert. TMZ reports The Biebs felt light headed during Thursday's performance, left the stage and then passed out. Twitter errupted with the news, at the hospital the pop star tweeted and thanked his fans for the well wishes.
